Black Joy & Resilience uses standardized statements on copyright found at RightsStatements.org. Each contributor to BJ&R vetted the sources they contributed and determined the copyright access for each source.
These statements can be found after clicking on a title and reading through the metadata, or descriptive content, for the source. They will be listed under "Rights."
Here is an example from a source that can be freely used:
